Mingeng Zhang

Co-Founder

Dr. Zhang Mingeng is one of the leading real estate developers in China. In 1993 Dr. Zhang was appointed as the Vice General Manager of Vantone Real Estate Co., Ltd. and went on to found Yinxin Real Estate Company in 1996. Dr. Zhang is now the Chairman of China Real Estate Fund Association and has established a vast community of institutional investors and ultra-high net worth individuals. Chairman Zhang has a reputation of credibility, which serves a invaluable asset for Grand China Fund.
 

 

William Zen

Co-Founder

Mr. Zen is the Chairman and Executive Director of Wai Kee (HKSE: 610), Build King Holdings Limited (HKSE: 240) and Road King Infrastructure Limited (HKSE: 1098) - all listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. Road King was included in the top 30 construction firms in China, the only non-domestically owned firm. Mr. Zen has over 35 years experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, property development and building materials production in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.  

 

Yi, Xiaodi

Co-Founder

As the Co-founder, Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Vantone Real Estate Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600246), Mr. Yi is widely known as one of “Six Gentlemen of Vantone”. In addition, Mr. Yi is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Sunshine 100 Real Estate Group (HKSE: 02608). Mr. Yi is one of the first and most reputable real estate developers in China and holds a Master degree from the  Renmin University of China. 

 

Adrian Su

CEO

Joining GCF in 2014, Mr. Su lead the team and manage asset over $1.5B in US RE market. From 2014 to now, Mr. Su was responsible for investments and asset management of more than 20 projects in multifamily, student housing and office sectors. In 2021, Mr. Su started to serve as vice chair of council member in Cornell Johnson College Great China Alumni Association. Mr. Su received his MBA degrees from Cornell Johnson school.

 

Tony Li (Los Angeles)

US Partner

Mr. Li is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with MBA and Master degree in Construction Management.  Mr. Li has over 25 years professional experience in construction, real estate development, project planning and construction management. He is internationally recognized expert in managing large and complex real estate and construction projects. His management portfolio cumulative value is approximately five billion dollars. 

 

Larry Xu (Los Angeles)

Vice President

Mr. Xu is responsible for development, construction management and portfolio management. Larry has 25 years experience in real estate, during which he worked for CRSS Constructors, Inc. as project a manager and for East Wall Group as the firms Vice President. Mr. Xu graduated from CUNY with an MSc in Civil Engineering. 

 

Ayesha Huang (Beijing)

Director

Ayesha Huang – Director (Beijing) Miss Huang joining GCF in 2014, she served in a variety of positions including investor relationship management, investment analyses. Now she is in charge of projects investment, FTA structure design, business development. Meanwhile, she is responsible for regularly reporting to shareholders about the projects. Miss Huang holds the legal qualification certificate. She received a Master of Engineering Management from University of Warwick. Currently, she is studying in Cornell-Peking MMH/MBA Program.
