Mr. Yi is one of the first and most reputable real estate developers in China and holds a Master degree from the Renmin University of China.
Mr. Su has accumulated profound experiences in real estate and investment and is familiar with the business environment of both China and the US. He leads the overseas project underwriting utilizing on his insights on financial products , overseas investment and Chinese investors. Meanwhile, Mr. Su is experienced in Business negotiation and contract drafting. He holds the bachelor degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and currently is in the Dual Degree Program of Tsinghua PBCSF and Cornell FMBA.
Mr. Li is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with MBA and Master degree in Construction Management. Mr. Li has over 25 years professional experience in construction, real estate development, project planning and construction management. He is internationally recognized expert in managing large and complex real estate and construction projects. His management portfolio cumulative value is approximately five billion dollars.
Mr. Xu is responsible for development, construction management and portfolio management. Larry has 25 years experience in real estate, during which he worked for CRSS Constructors, Inc. as project a manager and for East Wall Group as the firms Vice President. Mr. Xu graduated from CUNY with an MSc in Civil Engineering.
Ms. Huang is in charge of projects investments, FTA structure design, business development，project recommendation road show and investor relationship. Meanwhile, she is responsible for regularly reporting to shareholders about the projects and has abundant experience in company structuring and investor relationship maintaining. Miss Huang passed the judicial qualification examination in 2011 and holds the legal qualification certificate. She holds the master degree of engineering management from University of Warwick.
Mr. Yao is responsible for investment analysis, asset management, finance and tax aspects. Before joining GCF, he served as senior auditor in Deloitte US IPO group and finance manager of Beijing Capital Grand Ltd (HK.1329). Meanwhile, he is experienced in commercial real estate, property investment analysis, finance and tax consultation. Mr. Yao received a Master degree in Accounting from The University of Queensland Australia and is a CPA Australia license holder.
